By entering and remaining within the event venue, you acknowledge that your image, voice, likeness or appearance may be captured as part of the audience or event environment.

Social media platforms;
Promotional and marketing materials;
Educational and archival purposes; and
Other editorial and commercial purposes connected with Sauti Sessions’ productions.

Sauti Sessions is the data controller for personal data collected through photographs and recordings made at this event, and will process the data for the purposes described above in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Cap. 411C Laws of Kenya. You have rights under the Data Protection Act, including the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, object to certain processing where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Featured Interviews and Close-Up Recordings
If you are invited to participate in an interview, performance, testimonial or any other featured recording, you will be required to sign a separate Contributor Release before recording begins.
If You Prefer Not to Be Recorded
If you do not wish to appear in identifiable recordings, please notify a member of the Sauti Sessions team. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, this may not always be possible where wide crowd or incidental audience footage is being captured during a live event.
